False accusations of a crime should hold the same penalty as the crime the victim has been accused of.

This happens every day in family court in different shapes and forms. I had something similar. Parental Alienation is child abuse in itself and it is not only women who are the cause of it. Abusive parents of both genders do it. In some Nordic countries there is an automatic transfer of the majority of parenting when parental alienation is found to have happened. This is not helped by the fact that there are societal expectations of women doing the majority of parenting which seep into the family courts. There are plenty of toxic/horrible parents out there. Please be very wary of anyone who shites on about what a horrible person their ex is and remind them to put the children first. My ex is an endlessly abusive living nightmare but I don’t go around saying that in public because she is also the parent of my children. I speak well of her out of respect to them
