  1. John Bolton, in his reflections, criticizes former President Donald Trump for his apparent capitulation to Vladimir Putin before any substantive diplomatic negotiations took place. Bolton argues that Trump’s approach to Russia, particularly his frequent praise of Putin and his reluctance to confront Russian aggression, signaled weakness on the global stage. By giving in to Putin’s demands and flattering the Russian leader, Trump undermined American interests and diminished the leverage the U.S. could have exerted in future talks. This behavior, according to Bolton, gave Putin an upper hand in international relations and encouraged further malign actions by Russia, from meddling in U.S. elections to destabilizing neighboring regions.

Bolton’s assessment paints a picture of an American president who, rather than asserting U.S. power, seemed eager to avoid confrontation with a dictator, thus emboldening Russia. He contends that Trump’s personal admiration for Putin led to a policy that favored Russia’s desires at the expense of American alliances and security. The failure to draw firm red lines with Putin, Bolton suggests, set a dangerous precedent that weakened the U.S. position in negotiations. His critique points to a larger pattern of Trump’s foreign policy, which often prioritized personal diplomacy over strategic, principled engagement, thereby diminishing America’s standing in the world.

  2. I can’t believe I’m agreeing with John Bolton…I may need to hop in the shower

  3. Why is this is a big dealnif John Bolton says it? Everyone has been saying this since his last Presidency. This is not news, nor revealing. Trump is a Russian Asset.

  4. Trump doesn’t care about Ukraine. He just wants any ending to the war to claim he brought peace. it doesn’t matter to him if he gives Putin everything he wants because the right wing media will say Trump ended the war.

  5. Is it surrendering if you just don’t care and it’s someone else’s stuff you’re giving away?

  6. The Neuralink Administration is restructuring the relationship of the values of the American people to its allies. We are relying on the wealth of trust and respect that has been earned through mutual cooperation and respect. After realizing that wealth in a strictly financial methods. We will be focusing on providing formerly adverserial agents with whatever material or trade advantages that they find desirable. In this way we hope to boost personal wealth and will, in an hallucinatory manner demand patronage.

The Neuralink Administration does discriminate on the basis of sex, race , religion, disabilities and any other formerly protected categories

  7. I don’t really understand some of the criticisms. Russia is going to defeat Ukraine eventually if no other countries directly join the fight which they won’t.

So either come to terms while Ukraine has around 4/5 of its land or what, when ukraine only have west side of dneiper left?

I don’t really know what other outcomes there are. NATO joins, which they won’t. Come to terms now. Russia takes much more of all of Ukraine after millions more die. Seems like those are the 3 options.

But ultimately it will be up to Ukraine as well. Fight to nothing left or come to terms now
