2. I don’t inherently mind dual citizenship but there are always moral questions when it comes to voting.

   Most of these voters won’t be directly impacted by the results and likely won’t go live in kosovo no matter the political development. (at least untill there is a bigger economic incentive than staying in switzerland)

   so it’s basically “outsiders” influencing a nation they do not live in and have possibly not lived in for over a decade (or ever).
