Norway is 8-2 against Bark River-Harris since January of 2020 and they’ll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Norway Knights will take on the Bark River-Harris Broncos at 7:30 p.m. Bark River-Harris took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Norway, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Norway beat North Central 49-36. Given the Knights’ advantage in MaxPreps’ Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 158th, while the Jets are ranked 464th), the result wasn’t entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, it’s never fun to lose, and it’s even less fun to lose 80-31, which was the final score in Bark River-Harris’ tilt against Forest Park on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Broncos in their matchups with the Trojans: they’ve now lost six in a row.

Norway has been performing well recently as they’ve won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points over those games. As for Bark River-Harris, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-13.

Everything went Norway’s way against Bark River-Harris when the teams last played back in January, as Norway made off with a 64-40 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Norway since the squad won’t have the home-court advantage this time around. We’ll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
