The Short eared owls at Sandwich bay were very active yesterday, flying so close you could almost touch them. The last picture (11) shows the owl with prey so skip if squeamish

  4. Wonderful photos! I was just down the road in Pegwell yesterday, managed to get a (fairly poor) photo of a heavily pregnant vixen 😊

  5. To even see those tiny rodents in the vegetation and have the precision to swoop down and catch them is quite impressive really.
