Sorry for the bad angle, I really want to know the name of this dessert. I bought it at a Kamps at Stuttgart HbF. It's a circular puff pastry with a cherry and custard filling with streusel on top. I looked on the Kamps website but couldn't find it. When I went back to that specific Kamps, the pastry was gone. I really want to try recreating it at home. Please let me know if you know what it is 🙂

  1. I’d say it’s a (slightly dark) “Plunderteilchen” which comes with all kinds of fillings like custard, jam, fruit or Quark.

  2. Süßes Stückle (name changes based on region. Sometimes Teilchen, Stückchen or Mürbes) of the type Plunder. The exact name is made up by the bakery, but based on ingredients it likely was sold as a variation of Puddingschnecke or Kirschplunder.

    Plunder are Danish in english.
