  1. Just found out my girlfriend lives in Grimville, going to have to end things immediately

  2. Would be great to have a slightly more zoomed out version of this 😁

  3. Island of Anarchy should extend through the Old shopping centre to McDonald’s, even if it means going over The Great Dividing Range :P.

Also, some bits in Grimville are getting quite nice (or I may have very low standards). Stratford Village is getting lots of young families and recently got a nice influx of Asian students. And West-ham Park (albeit not strictly in the map) is a local gem.

It is crazy how much quieter and more pleasant some areas of Stratford feel within a 5-minute walk from the wild high street.

  4. Would honestly rather live in grimville than gentrification land.

  5. haha, i’ve never thought of it before but the Olympic Park does give Green Hill Zone vibes

  6. *Green Hill Zone*?!

I think you need to reconsider your naming convention for the other zones.

*Casino Night* instead of Island of Anarchy?

Also… the London Stadium **is** *Chemical Plant*.

  7. Yeah sounds about right, Island of anarchy is interchangeable with hell for Westifeld.

  8. it ain’t nothing like the Stratford I first visited in 1995 to see a friend… I’d suggest that by comparison to then, gentrification has taken hold of the whole place

  9. As an ex-resident of Grimville I can confirm. I was living on Doran walk.

  10. Gentrification of rubbish tips industrial brown land and wasteland isn’t really gentrification

  11. every time I go to green Hill zone, I keep finding a lost blue hedgehog running around the place stealing people’s hotdogs. The local council should really do something about that

  12. I cycle through Stratford on the way to work and it is 100% like this.
One side of the road is hyper luxury – the other…..Ghetto Bullshit.

I have never seen anything like this anywhere else in London.

  13. I live right by A112 (aka Leyton Road) but still on Gentrification Land.

I’d argue the bit on the other side of A112 going towards Leyton/Leytonstone is better than the other side of Stratford station (by Stratford Centre). Westfield Avenue/Stratford Cross are now also Gentrification Land.

Also, shout out to Kotch – great pizza place.
