What’s your experience with digitalized services at the federal or state level? Apparently, 62 out of 378 services should be available for use

My authority is pretty much digitalized on citizen side (we still have some inside processes on paper but that is another thing)
The Problem is more that people are not aware of this and can not believe that they can do 90% online
