1. Investigate nothing, you mean.

2. Don’t quit: refuse to do the job or do the job in such a way as to produce a nonsensical result.

3. kinda misleading title from CNN lol, not just to “investigate,” to immediately freeze the funding (as in, they wanted it frozen yesterday).

   They can investigate whatever i guess–but actually freezing properly granted funding with zero evidence of wrongdoing isnt allowed

4. Civil disobedience.
