David Bauman believes children are naturally investigators who love to question topics in the classroom, but that inquisitiveness can wane going into junior and senior high school.
Bauman, state science advisor for the Pennsylvania Department of Education, is hopeful the state’s upcoming science curriculum will re-inspire them and help them get a better grasp of the subject matter.
