According to astronomy popularizer Karol Wójcicki, these were remnants of the second stage of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched on February 1 from California. The purpose of that launch was to place 22 Starlink V2 Mini satellites from the 11-4 group into orbit.

According to Wójcicki, the moment of deorbitation was planned for 5:20 local time, i.e., 6:20 in Poland, with a margin of error of about three hours.
