    Were this gentleman the self-admitted fascist spouting hate-mongering and racism, it would seem to violate a couple subsections of Rule 8.4 of the DC Bar’s Rules of Professional Conduct.

    Would be a real shame if someone filed a DC Bar complaint and the Bar initiated disciplinary proceedings. Might affect his ability to practice law.

    There’s a reason why you don’t just shrug this kind of stuff off, and let these things slide. And now we are witnessing exactly the consequences for not taking the fascists seriously.

    Remember, ICE was a wholly political stunt from the same administration posting color-coded terror warnings to freak everyone out. The 9/11 hijackers entered the country like any normal traveler, they weren’t sneaking across the border. Customs and border patrol was doing fine at the time, there was no need to make up some new gestapo – and there was plenty of reason to abolish that agency after Bush Jr was out of office.
