Now, Ukraine is suffering the consequences of the US’s failure of a Cold War and after having spent ~$115billion (and calling it $350billion), the US had a private meeting with Russia to essentially surrender.
Moral of the story – next time anyone makes fun of the French for some ahistorical reason, remember that the US surrendered in a war they weren’t involved in.
