They said it before the election – Democrat voters didn’t listen. They were too busy on their high-horses claiming Harris wasn’t good enough.

I think if all the ex Presidents stood together and condemned Trump/Elon it might move the needle. The world’s gone mad, but I think they need to speak up. I don’t care if they did before the election, we are in the thick of it and they need to stand up for democracy and against tyranny – again and again.
What could they say now, that they didn’t say before the election? “I told you so?”
Is it possible, after all the warnings before the election, that they’re taking their angle of “you made your bed, you can lay in it”? Really, when it all goes to shit, there will be no one to blame except Trump.
It’s not like Americans listened to them before the election – and not sure they are ready to listen now. It’s going to have to hurt a lot more……
They warned us. People stayed home or abstained in protest anyways. These people are prime targets for the orange snowflake’s grievance orgy, and likely have no interest in seeing the inside of Gitmo or that prison in El Salvador. So, yeah, they’re probably quietly making preparations to keep their families safe.

The reason for their silence is spelled out right there in that article…because they warned everyone, multiple times. Why continue to speak when people aren’t listening?

Trump warned he’d be a dictator out for revenge when re-elected. Trump told all he’d implement Project 2025. Trump told all when he got re-elected, he’d fix it and you’d never have to vote again.
What part did those of you who voted for Trump not understand, now you’re negatively impacted by his executive orders and dictator mindset? It was never about you the voter. Tump, GOP and MAGA members told you what you wanted to hear to get your vote. You were an ends to a means.

They… ran to oppose trump… they warned about trump and ran campaigns to do good things. Americans didn’t vote for them. In some cases, they told them “not good enough!” And said both parties were the same. Why tf would they speak out now, when they don’t hold the executive or congress?

I stand by that neither party care about what’s happening to us because most of our representatives are NOT LIKE US. Our representatives are not worried about losing their jobs, being deported, having their right taken away, or any of the other major anxieties that the majority of us face now.

Literally every living former president and vice president except Bush told us this is exactly what was going to happen. And yes, that includes the felon in office right now and the spineless weasel of a VP he chose that didn’t get the memo on what happened to the last guy. At no point did they hide any of this. Even when he was trying to distance himself from P2025, he was still quoting everything in it as what he wanted to do.
But talk about Biden specifically for a second, on his way out, he told us all…to our faces in no uncertain terms…that the system had been hijacked and corrupted beyond belief and that it was no longer trustworthy. And they’re still openly going after him and his family. They were never silent; it was the rest of the country.
