I visited Helsinki Christmas market in December and there was huge queue for one stall. We joined it and everyone was having this. We had it but still not sure what it was….

    Edit: oh, that’s just rice porridge. With market “addons”, so it looks fabcier and they can charge extra.

  5. The base is rice porridge, commonly eaten at christmas in Finland. Usually eaten with cinnamon, sugar and butter.

    The sides in photo (that created the queue) are miso caramel, baked apple, currant mix and crushed almonds.
