1. It’s time for free European countries’ armed forces to team up with Ukraine and push russia out. Don’t worry about the US.

2. There’s really no logic to his statement or support for the possibility that Ukraine may get back to its 1991 borders… apart from him saying its theoretically possible.
   He makes a great point about the technology that Ukraine has developed, that has meant it has been able to hold off an enemy with superior numbers.
   Supposed experts told me at the start it would take 3 days. 3 years later.

3. Random crib: many Ukrainians I personally know don’t feel strongly about Crimea. It’s one of the poorest and most pro-russian regions.

4. Possible? Some historical example that may or may not fit possible scenarios:

   Long term political negotiations:

   – Egypt got Sinai back, after years of international peace negotiations.

   When empires collapse:

   – A number of countries managed to leave the Soviet Union in 1991.

   – The Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary collapsed into several smaller states.

   Post-war reset:

   – Denmark got back a part of South Jutland in 1920, lost to Prussia in 1864.
