Wolfgang Bandion will advise farmers and agricultural dealers in Upper and Lower Austria in the future!
Born in Lower Austria, he has many years of experience as a specialist consultant for arable farming, grassland, viticulture and specialty crops, as well as managing his own farm. “What more could an employer want in terms of agricultural expertise?” say Managing Directors Stefan Stassen and Peter Huemer, who were immediately impressed by Mr. Bandion’s communicative and professional manner.
We asked Wolfgang Bandion a few questions about his new job:
Why do you want to work for AGROsolution?
W. Bandion: “It is an innovative company with a great deal of know-how in the field of soil and plant additives and the continuously trained employees have an enormous amount of specialist knowledge about arable farming and horticulture. I was also impressed by the pleasant working atmosphere at eye level. I immediately felt at ease and fully integrated.”
What do you like about AGROsolution’s products?
W. Bandion: “They are very high-quality products that have been developed by a team with in-depth specialist knowledge and a lot of agricultural experience. That impressed me right from the start. And of course the ease of use, the compatibility in combination with pesticides and other fertilizers.”
What goals do you want to achieve for AGROsolution in Austria?
W. Bandion: “Agriculture in Austria is undergoing major and rapid change. My goal is to be a reliable partner for farmers and the agricultural trade in Austria. There are numerous challenges in relation to the soil and plants – fertilization, pest infestation, diseases, fungal infestations, etc. – and the issues are so extensive. – The issues are so extensive and farmers need active support here.”
