Mine was magical and I for one would like to see this sub dedicated to Brum every September 26 for his birthday.

  1. Rex Garrod brought Brum to my school one day. He was a sick ass dude. Such an energy for just *doing things for the fun if it*

  2. Saw recently, they now put warnings at the start of episodes saying this was filmed in a different time. Turns out brum is a womaniser, thief, and partially racist…

  3. When I was 10, I met the Chuckle Brothers.

They were awesome. Hilarious, friendly and absolutely wholesome.

When I was a young man, I met my favourite singer – Rob Halford from Judas Priest. He was accommodating, friendly, super camp and absolutely brilliant. Larger than life and adorable.

When I was an adult I met loads of actors from George Romero’s dead films. (Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead – but as yet no one from Night) ….they were all absolutely lovely.

I’d give it all up to meet Brum

  4. Oh my fucking good lordy, I share a birthday with brum! I shall raise a toast to him every year on now.

That is actually the most exciting thing I’ve seen all week!

  5. Was this picture taken in the hayes motor musuem they used to have a brum car

  6. My eldest who’s now 24, screamed the place down when Brum’s eyes light up when took him 21 years ago

  7. ~~Looks like roger rabbits car~~

Edit : nvm. It totally does not

  8. You know how they say Dick Van Dyke is a lovely kind person? I’d tell him to bugger off and get out of my way because he’s in the way of Brum

  9. Yes, we didn’t know either. He’d wander off and turned the corner and wailed! Best part was when we got back to the exit, the chap on the door asked if the shouting was from my lad; said it was and he said along the lines of ‘funny, it seems to happen a lot…no idea why!

  10. How many brums are there? I swear the little bugger gets everywhere.

  11. Hard agree

I met Keith Harris and Orville when I was about 8. Never bettered.

  12. Many years ago in the early 2000s I did a stint as a TEFL teacher in India, and Brum was a surprisingly popular with the kids. It was shown on TV and so many of the kids would ask me about it and whether I was from where Brum was from.

  13. I live here. Thanks for visiting. Sorry about all the dog shit.

  14. I met [Rex Garrod](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rex_Garrod), the creator of the Brum radio controlled car, many years ago when I was a boy. He was a great guy. Quiet and clearly very intelligent. He also competed in Robot wars with Team Cassius and their robots ReCyclops and Cassius

  15. I thought from the thumbnail you had found Jon Pertwees car Bessie.

  16. We all know Brum’s not staying on that podium once the lights go out.

  17. I have no idea why, but I have an intense disliking of that little yellow bastard.
