  1. Nothing would happen. They are not interested in making any difference, they are solely interested in being contrarian and useless, thus being popular with local idiots and generating income and meaningless influence this way. Like any cult, really.

  2. Switzerland would isolate itself from the outside world. Taxes for the wealthy would be abolished and regulations regarding environmental protection and worker‘s rights would be mostly abolished. Public services like the SRG, SBB/CFF and Swiss Post/Postfinance would either be privatized or entirely abolished. Welfare, IV and AHV would face the same fate.

We would soon be living in a police/surveillance state. Demonstrations against the government would be severely restricted, refugees would live in concentration camps, while children will get a high quality „patriotic education“ (right wing indoctrination) in schools. According to Blocher, higher education would be abolished (yes, he actually said that) while peasants would get higher subsidies from the government.

I could go on for a long time now but I won’t because I would get nightmares thinking about this.

  3. I’m an immigrant leaving in a ville where most people vote svp, nowhere else in Switzerland I feel as welcome as here.. (to be honest I feel welcomed everywhere in Switzerland)

  4. A switch to a theocratic patriarchal oligarchic government, with a state police overpowered and etnical segregation probably leading to some kind of purges.

  5. They wouldn’t dare deport most of the people they campaign against, because they’re useful. 80% of the nurses gone, 80% of professors at ETH, 95% of scientific staff, banking, gastronomy, construction, they all rely on foreign workers for different reasons. Either because Swiss people aim for “better” jobs, or because certain things are simply too big for a country of 8.5 million people. Therefore Switzerland needs to import brainpower.

SVP after getting 100% will not be the same SVP that stir up hate today. And if they would, Switzerland would descend into chaos.

  6. There wouldn’t change much and the party would be unable to do anything because of internal fights. Shortly after the SVP would fall apart.

  7. It probably wouldn’t make much of a difference within 4-5 years because any government – no matter how it is formed is equally incompetent. Maybe some changes how Swiss corporations are taxed, more investments into military/infrastructure and less towards social programs, changes to freedom of movement/work permit contingents for EU citizens. Those are the major things I’d see them do – realistically – with the last one being an immediate result.
