this is bullshit… one of the worst company i faced, can anyone help me with that ? they dont answer

  1. Even if they answer it won’t help at all, from my experience with them they will deliver but always waaaay too late

  2. I had the exact same problem with GLS Tongeren. You can try to pick it up in Tongeren, but the service there is absolute dogshit. You have to wait for half an hour in a dirty room. When they finally helped me they started looking for my packages, another half an hour later they told me the package was in the depot, but was lost.

    Avoid GLS and get a refund, that’s what I did.

  3. I’ve had delays with GLS but never lost a package. Contact the sender and they should help you sort things out as others have said.

  4. kinda looks like a warehouse employee is taking your package somewhere every few hours and bringing it back to the shelve after…if you ordered a sextoy, you may want to wash that…

  5. We work with GLS and their services are absolute shit. We once had a customer return several of our packages we had sent out after she found them on the side of the road. Thankfully this woman was so honest instead of just taking the packages home.

    The amount of times I have to call GLS tongeren because something went wrong with our packages is insane. We are looking for a different company atm and I hope they reach an agreement soon enough because I’m tired of it.

  6. Heb het zelfde gehad met een pakketje. Ik had nog het geluk dat ik het op het postkantoor heb laten leveren en heb aan het postkantoor info gevraagd en ze hebben de persoon met mijn pakket kunnen contacteren en die heeft mij het enkele uren later persoonlijk thuis komen afgeven.

  7. Avoid using GLS at all times.. i used to orderpick for them, they literally fuck their orderlists up before you even gotta pick the items. They’re literally incapable of offering items on time.

  8. We’ve had this exact issue in Tongeren. Eventually it arrived after 3 weeks all screwed up. Was dog food and all cans were dented etcetera. They’re indeed not helpful at all and the store re-send the package with PostNL and it arrived fine.

  9. In September, they ‘lost’ a package with 4 laptops and tried to make me sign a paper to ‘investigate’. The paper was in fact a receipt…
    I only have been paid back last week…

  10. Oooof, I feel for you! I had a package delivered by GLS this week and was 100% sure they’d fuck me over. But lo and behold, it was safely delivered.
