I just renewed with them, does this mean I can change to another company without a fee because they changed the contract?
The standing charges are the problem
Why is the increase substantially less than the Bord Gáis increase? Can anyone who understands explain
So..like any other grant, the government steps in to help out a little, the private operators increase their prices. The 200 euro is set to be paid in April…isn’t that convenient for Energia you robbing bastards. We all know prices are going up, yours have gone up substantially more.over 40% last year….by the time I cancel and move you’ll be getting my credit.
Just left them. Took leaving for them to match the new contract.
Fuck them. Their product is not unique.
Just moved into a gatehouse from the late 1700s, only heating is two portable oil filled radiators. Got my first electricity bill today almost €600 💀
Still gonna stay with Energia as they have outstanding customer care.
Glad I got out of cold call sales with pre pay power when i did
was there for a month and told to basically lie to people by my manager to get to sign up
Felt bad leaving because a freind got me the interview who worked there but couldnt go on doing that to elderly people who knew no better that they where being fibbed too
