I would recommend you take it to a specialist like Goudwisselkantoor, they’ll also offer you a pay-out if its worth anything.
Based on the year it might be silver in which case its worth 5 – 25 bucks depending on the weight (about 90ct per gram atm)
many for sale on sites like ” marktplaats.nl” for 20-50 bucks. This one is not in a very good condition, so no jackpot for you my friend. Sorry dude.
