If you want to damage Russia just give the 300 billion held in Brussels.. even if they just use it to rebuild Ukraine.. at least that way every time Russia blows up something they are burning their own cash. It won’t repay the lives lost but at least it’s not sitting in a bank account waiting until it’s given back to Russia..

4. At this time I think it’s time Europe starts dropping “aid” directly on Russian military targets.

   I can’t see any way this ends well as long as the Russian state is still intact in its current form.

   If we get any type of “peace” before that, it just gives them time to build up for the next round.

   Its horrible but what’s the alternative at this stage.
