  1. More than billions. Plus it’s a nightmare, through Ontario. We would never see a return. Just like other pipelines through BC. If profit is only returned by 2050. Well, i am not to optimistic that most of the population will be around at that time. Maybe , I am a doomsayer. Maybe not.
