Has Europe finally begun to think about its own security? London plans to send ground troops and aircraft to Ukraine.

  1. To sum it all up its:

“Only if the war is already over AND russia says we can”

    ffs

  2. Europe should just provide air security west of the Dnieper to counter drones and maybe ballistic attacks, to free up the Ukrainian air force for the front. I mean, if Russia is still saying its not a war and just a SMO, then why can’t a few european countries operate exercises in Ukraine that happen to repeatedly mix up russian drones and cruise missiles as training targets? Same logic worked for the “little green men” bullshit in 2014

  3. Till the planes or boots are really on the ground, I would not get too high hopes. One thing that Europe is famous for is bureaucracy.

Still, it’s a positive sign to see more european countries taking a tougher stance

  4. Sending troops etc is meaningless. Not only because we don’t have any to spare to form any kind of formation large enough to be an actual credible deterrent, nor enough equipment even if we did somehow conscript enough people. No, the problem is we can produce single digit numbers of weapons per year while Russian can produce multiple thousands. We literally cannot produce enough missiles to take out all the tanks they could produce.

RAMP UP THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX YESTERDAY

PS please do subtitles normally, reading them one rapid word at a time is exhausting
