4. Bank of England does not properly control the inflation and instead probably focuses on self enrichment of its MPC members from their property portfolios. Reeves needs to address this issue if she doesn’t want to follow Truss and gets blamed for other people’s greed and mistakes.

8. So Reeves closes the 22 billion shortfall, delivers a budget that produced a surplus, returned the U.K. to growth while keeping inflation at 2.5%? Clearly she thrives under pressure, maybe we should have tried all these negative headlines on Kwarteng or Sunak. Maybe the country would be a few years down the road to improvement instead of a few months.

10. What a misleading thread. It makes out that she’s failing, when she’s closed the deficit, delivered a surplus and keot inflation from spiraling, but she falls short of a fairy tail prediction that was never realistic, and some jokers use it to rag on her.

14. Need to start doubling and tripling etc council tax on all 2nd and 3d etc properties, start slapping those landlords with a block of flats where it hurts. Bring a nice wealth taxes of 100% for all earnings over 500k a year and make all unrealisedxgains have to be realised every year at a 45% tax rate.

    Add another 25% tax onto the private school fees and send this straight into public education sectors.

    Add a 45% tax onto all private health care that is sent straight to NHS training and recruitment.
