I was walking past those old telephone box’s by the Houses of Parliament last night and I saw these no photos signs on all the telephone boxes I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about them??

  2. That phone box is known for tourists as you get a photo with the Elizabeth tower in the background so presumably it’s from an anti tourist londoner to deter tourists from lining up.

  5. Went past this on a bus earlier and there was a queue 30-deep for this phone box. Took me by surprise given that there are so many of these.

  9. My mum was very surprised that people were queueing for that phone box yesterday and I explained it’s been all over tiktok and insta that you can get a good photo of Big Ben with you in a red phone box. She couldn’t get it. “But there’s loads of phone boxes down the road?”

    I gave up in the end

  12. Folks might think this is the telephone box which appears in Harry Potter. It is not. That one does not, in fact, exist & the filming location was around the corner.

  22. Last time i was down that way with my Scouts (I’m a scout leader btw) we got as many as possible to cram in there before getting a photo
