    Most Latin American migrants do not go to the US anymore, changing the migration patterns in the region.   3. The trend in the future would most likely be to get higher skilled immigrants from Asia. We already see this with India and China but with Southeast Asia developing (Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines) that could be more people wanting to immigrate.

    China will probably decrease in the coming decades due to development but yet at the same time until now, the number of Chinese immigrants has been increasing.

  4. I guess when a country shows it will implode itself to keep you at bay, you rethink where you’re going. Can’t reach the land of freedom and opportunity if no such land exists…
