The drone is upside down and this hero is holding the rear of it. That larger black cylinder is a fiber optic spool. The black “bean can” is the warhead and those circular wires on it basically create a circuit for the warhead that allow for detonation.
Also, not seen in the video are the heavy machinery carrying this soldiers balls.
