DUP leader Gavin Robinson was in the crowd as Ireland battled to victory against Wales in Cardiff on Saturday.
The East Belfast MP was pictured smiling in the stand with his wife Lindsay and their son as Simon Easterby’s side clinched the Triple Crown with a 27-18 victory over the Welsh.
After Ireland suffered a controversial 20th minute red card to Gary Ringrose, Wales surged into an 18-10 lead before the men in green reeled them in as the second half wore on.
The exciting fixture was met with approval from the Robinson family, with Mr Robinson’s wife Lindsay uploading a post-match snap to her X account after the match.

It comes after the family were pictured at Ireland’s 32-18 demolition of Scotland at Murrayfield a fortnight ago.
The Irish side has now won 12 games in a row and are going in search of a Grand Slam, with a huge fixture against France in Dublin coming up on March 8, before the season comes to a close with a trip to Rome to face Italy on March 15.
