If it’s Silmet, then it’s an American company in Estonia, though.
I wish the article mentioned what type of waste they’re wanting to import.
Silmet was involved in the production of the first Soviet a-bombs, and obviously didn’t refine raw material to modern levels back then – but, is the waste material of that process actually worth a second refinement cycle, or are they planning to send something else?
