What I don’t get is how it would be a good thing if he was “trolling” or “joking” anyway? Like, shouldn’t the President of the United States be trying to improve the country for all Americans and bring people together, not trying to piss off half the country for the fun of it?
Elmo is definitely trolling everyone. Including trolling republicans by forcing them to defend him. People who know him describe him as “The smartest 15 year old in the world.”
I don’t think Elmo is a nazi. I don’t think he cares about a white ethnostate. But, I do think he cares about trolling everyone so hard that he will gleefully larp being Schrödinger‘s Nazi up to and including Civil War II.
It’s just that alot of what he says comes off as a joke because of how absurd he is as a person. He is a walking talking punchline for satirizing American Hedonism.
