3. You see it. I saw some car passing by me get it and it is flashy.

5. We dont have this in my country but once it happened here & I thought there was lightning 😂

7. There is sometimes seen a quick red flash, I believe the check of your speed, but if no bright white flash then no ticket. If you are unsure whether you got flashed for a ticket, even during the day, you did not… assuming you were not impaired or otherwise hindered.

8. Did they turn the flashes back on? I haven’t seen one flash except at night in a year roughly.
