1. We can’t let whales go back to being terrorized by commercial interests. It took forever to stabilize populations of blue, sperm, and humpback whales. I don’t want to live in a world where they no longer exist.

2. Oh, it’s all going to be unraveled. The mouth breathers think they’ll get $2 gas or whatever, they could give a shit about animals or national parks or public lands. It’s all going away, and in a very, very short period of time. We can hope the courts hold up, but I doubt it, and the administration has already said they’re above the law.
