For me it was Big Break when that ended it was over. Unless I stayed really quiet and if I was lucky and they forgot I was still downstairs i may have been able to stay downstairs longer. Trying to fight the inevitable lol.

And now it’s the best part of my weekend – is that Antiques Roadshow starting?! Quick, pour a red wine!
Weekdays it was the BONGS of News at Ten, although there might have been The Professionals on after that, a treat I would struggle to stay awake to watch.
Call the midwife for me.. it’s also such a depressing show sometimes, hardly a jolly way to end the weekend
Or….Sunday Radio 2……Sing Something Simple and Charlie Chester, the sound of a derelict nursing home….

Just had this conversation with my other half, for me it was the end credits of That’s Life with Esther Rantzen..
Ski Sunday and the Grand Prix used to signal the end of talking to my old man as he assumed the shouty sports fan mode. I used to love it when it was WWF but someone on skis, kicking a ball or driving a car, ill go play Syndicate on the Amiga for 2hrs.
Countryfile for me. Roast dinner, bath then sat in front of countryfile while my mum did my hair
