I’m in the middle of Sri Lanka at the minute and just seen this boat pass mine, anyone have a clue how it ended up here?

  4. I reckon this is maybe a boat that was donated in the wake of the tsunami in 2004? Anyone remember their schools/communities doing something similar? 

  5. After the 2004 Tsunami there were collections all over the country to buy boats for the people affected in Sri Lanka. My school fundraised enough to buy 3 and they all had the schools name on them. That happened all over the country, think there was more than 2000 bought from Ireland.
