  2. Really excellent speech. I can’t stand it when actors pretend awards don’t matter. Of course being recognized for your work matters and feels good! His speech was straightforward, genuine, and passionate. And I say this as someone who doesn’t really feel one way or the other about Chalamet typically.

  24. Timothee is genuinely extremely talented – from Dune to Wonka to Bob Dylan, he actually is uniquely extremely talented actor, and at such a young age! I’m very impressed.

  27. Dude is charming, and I hope he gets the Oscar too. Maybe Brody was better but he already has an Oscar. Plus I’m still mad at him on Halle Berry’s behalf.

    Honestly, “not Brody” is all I’m asking for.

  28. He’s done something many peers have not, which is break from young adult star to leading man. Most fail.

    Dune was a great example. It’s a role that he had to change between films
