I've been going over what my landlord has been charging me for electricity and water and I just want you guys' opinion.
Every month I get a spreadsheet from my landlord with the calculation of the utilities bill. Where I come from, the tenant has a contract directly with the provider, so paying the landlord for utilities is something new for me.
The spreadsheet states 1.55 zł per kWh of electricity and 13.83 zł per m³ of water (I assume). I'll add a picture of it, so you can check with me.
Are these prices reasonable/correct? If not, how do I approach this situation?
Thanks for the help!

1. Gródzień <3 your landlord is an illiterate.
2. Water seems to be ok/cheap
3. Electricity seems to be way too much: ask for a bill scan: this would make situation clear
Yup
All because some mad babacias didnt want poland to go nuclear in 90s
1,55pln/kWh is quite expensive but not terrible. But 300kWh per month is a lot, do you heat this flat with bitcoin miners?
