from a purely economic perspective, due to ruble devalorization, salaries in Russia are not much higher than in Caucasian, Central Asian states,Serbia or Turkey
most Russian immigrants are usually rich or part of the middle class, and they are also mostly highly skilled,so they bring an economic benefit to the country
but, at the same time they increase the percentage of Russians in the country, which ,especially for Georgia and Kazakhstan, could be seen by locals as a slow colonization
they will have hard time getting visas though
I hope not, salaries will go down massively.
Operation Paperclip 2.0
oh no my job security
April’s in 3 days, so they best get a move on.
Everyone is afraid of Russia hacking their networks. Who will hire a russian IT guy and give him access to everything?
