  3. Like clockwork certain segments of society will use this to undermine the ECHR that’s on our books. They aren’t even hiding the fact that they are trying to strip out rights away now…

  6. TL/DR – This verdict has already been set aside and has been sent back to the lower court by the court of appeals to be reassessed. The Govt appealed and won, which is how the system is designed to work. Keep in mind the Telegraph, being the mouthpiece of the Tory Party wants you to give up your human rights under the ECHR. Their motives have nothing to do with repatriating criminals but all to do with removing your workplace protections.

    Edit: til certain parts of telegraph are not pay walled still think my point stands in its core that the telegraph is basically propaganda at this point

  14. I’ve met a lot of albanians from Albania and I’m going to be quite frank all of them have been men and all of them have in some shape or form being involved in drugs, on the other hand somehow every Kosovo Albanian is either a doctor or a nurse and never any other job.
