I really hate how these headlines are done. Circuit court personal claims are capped at €60,000 hence the court will decide how much compensation should be awarded if a claim is recognised.
It isn’t someone or their lawyer deciding they are entitled to €60,000 based on nothing. The title in this kind of article is always rather misleading and dare I say inflammatory in nature.

I had the exact same shit happen to me two weeks ago when the prices were over €2, the actually embarrassment of trying to get compo over that
I was nearly wringing out my T-shirt into the tank to get every last cent
Me there sucking it up off the concrete and spitting it back in lmao could have had a compo case
Ok if it splashed into her mouth and was treated with fecking mouthwash then nah who would even give 60 thousand. Plus I don’t even think a small amount from splashing would do that much bad seen as I was able to drink a coke bottles worth of the diesel and still came out alright the other end just after a night of throwing up.
She should have been sucking diesel.
