Finland doesn’t have any offensive forces. Every man, young or old are taught about guerrilla war. Objective: make invasive force (RUSSIA) suffer as much as possible. Each division can work on it’s own. Making suffering of invasive force as bad as it can get.
There is saying “ryssä on ryssä vaikka voissa paistaisi” – russ is a russ even if you boil them in butter. Everything in army is meant to defend against russia. There is nothing worth from sweden or norway. It’s all about defending against russia, same as for last 80 years.
Making invading as hard as possible. We may not win. But the cost will be harsh for invader

I can understand them. Their Winterwar with Russia in 1939 looks like a blueprint for the current invasion in Ukraine.
