Grand site there for sale

  1. How in the world is there planning permission to put a detached 3 bed on that plot? The houses will be completely on top of each other.

  2. The plans for the house are easily found on-line and the house is surprisingly spacious with 2 doubles, 1 en-suite and 1 single room. Kitchen is a bit small.

  3. Price might be high, but lashing a skinny house in seems pretty common in the area.

Just had a quick [look at google maps.](https://goo.gl/maps/gEPdyn3mtHDPwx918)

There’s an 11A address just across the road.
A 2A, on the next street over.

Anyone in the area with an end house either has a massive garage or another little house.

  4. This is ridiculous but also very common. Across the road from me, a relatively small site was bought for about 90k. He split it in 2 and sold them both for 100k each.

There is now 2 houses squashed in them. It would have been a lovely plot for 1 House with a nice garden etc.

Fair play though he doubled his investment.

  5. Its very expensive yes, but we need more of this kind of stuff if we are going to house everyone

  6. In most cases I always hated when they do this to houses like this. It just ruins the existing property. Lovely house in Perrystown up for sale, nice spot and they ruined the house by butcher the side of the garden.

  7. Will you stop, it’s grand, you just need to build underground, you’d get a fine good hatch to the surface there.

  8. Detached house??? Are all 3 bedrooms gonna be 3 seperated sheds?! Cause that’s the only way that will work 😂
