1. Well, it is coming from the new US administration.

2. You really need to read the document that is the “deal” here, in order to understand exactly where this is going for Ukraine. Trump just needs anything signed, and a photo-op he can spin to uphold the myth of him being a great deal-maker and a “winner” (in monetary terms) for America. But the substance of the deal is … well, missing, actually. This is just a “deal to make a deal”.

4. Clarify headline: Petro is victim-blaming and calling Zelensky stupid (though he’s not praising US either). Geez, Petro, bright diplomatic move here, insulting both sides.
