If you were a conservative, good for you. Maga is NOT conservative, they are a populist Christian Nationalist movement which is basically the opposite of the conservative ideals.
But good news, modern Democrats ran to the middle and now are basically just a shade off from Reagan-era Republicans so you could just become a Democrat and be a 1980s Republican which is probably what you actually want.
