If there’s a corkscrew-shaped. prehensile-type meat in there, they’ve given you one of their specials commonly referred to as “pig’s nob”.
I used to work in a Chinese, had a genuine complaint from a lady who took great offence to “No B/S” on one of her chow meins…
Having worked in a few Chineses, they are all pretty made and pre mixed for the evening, asking for something to be left out just involves someone using their hands rummaging about in your food pulling most of it out.
You’re better off doing it yourself at home.
