  1. Good. If the clown wants to live in a parallel universe where Ukraine is winning singlehandedly against Russia then there is not much that can be done.

Too bad ordinary Ukrainians have to suffer for his stupidity. Should have followed Minsk agreement or signed 2022 agreement.

  2. > “It significantly undercuts this administration’s abilities to negotiate on the ceasefire, and it’d signal to Russia that we don’t care about Ukraine or our past investments,”

If Ukraine can survive without US aid (big if) that’s true. If not that’s pretty much the US already concluding the “negotiations”.

  3. Sadly China should reach out and start to supply Ukraine with ressources together with EU, show the world you are not evil China, this is your chance to be a positive part of the world

  4. Oh no, they threw out a piece of bread with the shit sandwich. Starving children in Africa could have eaten that bread. Would someone *think of the children*.

Besides the obvious people being sacked trying to dress up and inflate the importance of whatever they have been doing to try and keep the gravy train rolling, this can also be perceived as a not so subtle hint to Ukraine, that depends wholly and entirely on USA support, not to get any wrong ideas about doing something other than what USA wants them to do. Putting up obstacles to peace talks for example.

[edit] And now USA is apparently considering stopping all the weapon shipments to Ukraine entirely following up the complete breakdown of Trump-Zelensky negotiations today. Subtle hints have been ignored, switching to direct threats.

  5. Why is it reported now like it’s news or response to the interview?

It’s part of USAID, it was cut right after elections alongise many other civilian support programs.

USAID didn’t even pay for the work thag was already done, basically screwing contractors.
