  7. As an American, I was totally embarrassed to see Trump and his merry band ambush Zelensky. It was so embarrassing that I couldn’t watch all of the video.

    The White House does have a couple public phone numbers, but (a) the switchboard doesn’t get you a live person (just a menu of recordings about different FAQ), and (b) the comment line is only staffed four hours mid-day on T-Th, with no voicemail option.

    And yes, this was deeply embarrasing.
