  1. I pulled my investment out around the time he bought Twitter and turned away from ending world hunger for a short time. Around when giga Berlin was made, so i guess May/June 2022. Since then, fuck him.

  2. They have zero right to be mad. Elon has been saying for years to not buy the stock, it was overpriced. Even now, it has a PE of 175 or something. I don’t know about you, but I’m not living another 175 years, so I’m not buying it. At least it’s not Lyft with 250, but I’m not interested in anything over 35.

  3. Multimillionaires who already secured their finances don’t give a shit about retail poors, look at Saylor and many other CEOs who fleece and dilute the shit outta all their investors.

  4. This is widely predicted. When the Trump tariffs go into effect you will see a further downturn in car manufacturing. I am unsure completely why that happens, that tariffs in the Auto industry lead to layoffs locally, but thats exactly what happened with Reagan did it. Maybe someone who understand how Tariffs damage local production can explain because the “sale” for tariffs is that it “protects” local industry, but we don’t see that completely. I know the 3 big auto makers in the USA get unlimited “get out of jail cards” in that anytime they lose money , the Fed is quick to make it up by giving them taxpayer subsidies, so this must play into it somehow. What it means however for the rest of us is unaffordable car prices.

  5. Watch the capitalist finally get smart and fire Musk. An improvement overt he judgment of [them] when thy fired Steven Jobs who was at least twice the man Musk is.

I saw rough seas ahead sometime ago and went short on Tesla for some change.

  6. Maybe the shareholders shouldn’t have voted him a compensation package in excess of what TSLA makes per year.

I mean, you give a guy $50B and you think he’s going to show up for work tomorrow?

  7. Hopefully, he still has those huge loans against his stock, so he will be forced to sell more and more as it tumbles.

Might have to kick him off the board and company like some of his previous stops.l ended up doing.

  8. How about he emails a list of 5 things he did for Tesla last week?

  9. WTF is that title? Is it missing some punctuation or something?

Tesla investors – furious at stock’s plunge – turn tables on CEO Elon Musk?

  10. Maybe they should cut their losses and stop investing.

  11. They better vote him out before he destroys the whole company.

  12. Honestly if you’re a shareholder and didn’t see this coming when he got involved in politics idk what to tell you. The absolute risk of loss (in general) should have been a huge factor and triggered a sell off of the stock immediately just because of the inherent risk it poses to alienating specific consumers.

  13. Couldn’t they propose a shareholder vote to fire the pos?

  14. maybe they shouldn’t put their money in a car company that sell 1% of the car market and have a cap larger than all the other ones combine that sell for 99% of the market… I don’t know, maybe that’s probably not the brightest move to begin with. Maybe they shouldn’t invest in a company with a head guy that make promises for like 20 years in a row and never delivered? I don’t know, maybe Tesla price is not very logical? I don’t know.

  15. ![gif](giphy|9V1F9o1pBjsxFzHzBr)

Tesla investors watching their charts while Elon’s cult of personality speedruns the US into kleptocracy.

  16. Im a all in investor in Tesla and I dont mind Elons venture in to politiks!🍺

  17. He looks like a dude that wanted to be a drugged up cool frat bro but since he didn’t get to when he was younger he is going through this weird phase at a later time in life. What a tool.

  18. This is a bigger issue than people realize. The CEO generally has less day-to-day operational control than other C-Suite (COO, CFO, etc.) but if the Board feels he’s undermining the viability of the stock, which is uniquely the only metric most board members care about, they’ll jettison him immediately.

  19. Guys how about we all plunge Tesla? Like GameStop to show the power of the retail.

  20. I as a TSLA stock holder (a looonnnggggg term stock holder) am very, very happy with Elon. TSLA is up 22,000% since IPO and I can retire 5x.
Reddit is chalk full of rage bait and poor people looking for someone to blame for their shitty lives. It’s not Elon. Look in the fucking mirror retards. You make bad choices. All hail Elon!

  21. He only owns 23%. The shareholders could easily align against him and fire him. In fact, I bet his compensation could be clawed back if he’s guilty of self-dealing, which he very obviously is.

  22. He doesn’t care about his shareholders – and in other news…..

  23. He could probably short his own company. Who would fine him now?

  24. It’s only up 105% since April 2024. Only up 550% in the last 5 years.

What a horrible company to invest in.

  25. I’m not an investor, but shorting tesla seems like easy money. Free fall about to start.

  26. Don’t forget who appointed every single member on the board. Elon.
