When Putin first invaded Ukraine, Kyiv was almost guaranteed to be flattened via Russian carpet bombs.
Zelenskyy, residing in the center of Kyiv at that very moment refused to leave. American intelligence highly suggested he relocate to a safer location but Zelenskyy said he would rather put his life on the line than lose the sovereignty of The Ukraine.
It should’ve been obvious by now but JD Vance is a straight up ho.
Under Article II, Section 4: The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. President Donald Trump was impeached twice during his single term in office.

I find it hard to fathom how people in the US do not make these connections between Trump and Putin and find it seriously troubling. From the 2016 election interference, to now this soft-on-Russia, anti-Ukraine stance. To the rest of the world it looks like Trump is an agent of Putin. Is the sentiment not the same in the US?

Zelensky is a bad ass. Anyone that thinks otherwise is severely mistaken.
It didn’t appear that Zelensky was at all humiliated or even put off. He wouldn’t take JD’s fake history, and let that be known, so Trump had to step in and that quickly devolved into an angry rant about Joe Biden and fake news and the usual BS.
Trump thinks he’s Putin’s equal. In reality, he’s Putin’s lapdog. The Russians are loving this.

Trump – and JD Vance – were both awful! Vance was finger pointing and parentally lecturing Zelensky. He is a do-nothing 1 term Senator with zero global experience & pitifully little political experience. Trump was half asleep while Bance was on attack & then he lost his foil. Whole thing was absolutely shameful and embarrassing.

Zelensky has nothing to be ashamed of. He stood up to a bully like a real man. He is today’s Winston Churchill, leading by example.

I have no words for how viscerally I hate Trump and his sidekick. One real man and he turns into a petulant child. He’s like a fuckin chihuahua and vance? I don’t even know his first name and that’s how much of a loser he is.

So I watched the entire broadcast and before Trump’s little tantrum, President Zelensky was talking about how Russia has broken the ceasefire agreement 25 times. Trump wanted President Zelensky to sign another ceasefire agreement. President Zelensky stated that another ceasefire wouldn’t matter as Russia could not be trusted to hold their end unless USA is going to enforce it. Trump was only going to offer his word that Russia would honour the agreement. President Zelensky’s point during the back and forth is that his word is not good enough. Ukraine would not be sold just for “Trump’s Word” (and we all know that means nothing as Trump never has honoured any agreement in history). Vance jumps in and says he should be grateful to even be there.
President Zelensky said the one thing that set off Trump that is if Ukraine is defeated then even the USA would be affected. Trump went on his rant about how the USA is strong and mighty and won’t be affected. After Trump’s rant about literally nothing helpful except that it shows he knows nothing about deals, or even how diplomacy works, a reporter asked Trump what would he do if Russia broke the ceasefire again.. he didn’t answer the question at all.
So in summary, Trump wanted President Zelensky to sign a ceasefire with an actively hostile aggressor who currently occupies Ukrainian territory and has been actively killing civilians. The USA in return gets $500 billion worth of minerals and Ukraine gets Trump’s word that Putin wouldn’t attack but if Putin does attack USA will do nothing. Even though there have been 25 instances in recent history where Russia has not honoured their agreement.
Conservative are attacking President Zelensky for not taking this deal? Who in the world would take this deal? That is not a deal at all and the USA should be ashamed for it being even offered.
Trump is jealous of Zelensky. Zelensky represents everything Trump isn’t. Smart, cunning, brave and well liked. Trump is an insecure piece of shit and bullies because he knows he’s nothing like Zelensky. Vance well he’s just a cuck.

I’ve seen lots of parallels drawn between Zelensky and various great statesman of history, but inversely, I also like to compare Trump to Emperor Nero; A batshit insane unqualified leader who stumbled into power through the efforts of their parent and will only be remembered for their cruelty and insane ideas that lead to disaster.
